- Association dues are $100 per year. Payable in full by March 1.
- Association meetings are typically held quarterly, please try to attend to meet your neighbors and keep up to date on current issues being discussed.
- The community has a number of get togethers in the cul-de-sacs, typically coinciding with major holidays and season changes. All residents of Village Hill are WELCOME and we all volunteer to bring the food items.
- We have covenants. Every homeowner has a copy and needs to be aware of what it covers and ABIDE by the rules. With such a relatively small community, it is not a comfortable thing for anyone to have to call you out on something.
- Any structure change or addition, such as a shed, must be approved by the architectural committee. Fences, pools and sheds must also be approved.
